About the project

LoveFrom created the official emblem for the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla. The design unites the rose of England, thistle of Scotland, daffodil of Wales and shamrock of Northern Ireland in the shape of St Edward’s Crown.

Red, white and blue connect the botanical drawing to the Union flag. The imagery reflects the King’s interest in the natural world and the springtime setting of the coronation on 6 May 2023.

The Royal Household released English and Welsh versions for use across the celebrations, including publications, events and merchandise. The result is an identity conceived for ceremonial significance and broad everyday use.
